Hi, I’m Jen. I’m a little obsessed with great hospitality.

I’ve stayed at some of the best resorts and boutique hotels in the world, and I’m always paying attention—What did they do that made me feel special? What tiny detail made my stay easier? And after staying in plenty of vacation rentals, I found myself asking the opposite question: Why didn’t someone think of that?

So I did.

I first put that thinking into Red Door Beach House in San Diego, where I hosted hundreds of guests and earned exceptional reviews. Magnolia House Sarasota is everything I learned along the way—my favorite hotel touches, everything I wished other vacation rentals had, and a lot of personal attention from me.

I personally prepare every stay, and I’ll happily tell you where I’d have dinner, which beach I’d choose, or my little black book of Sarasota spots you might otherwise miss.

My goal is pretty simple: I want you to feel like I thought of everything before you even knew you needed it.
